Description:
I am starting a company in real estate development in the state Sao Paul in Brazil. The company develops houses, apartments and condominiums. I have experience with real estate development in the Netherlands and moved this year to Brazil, where I have lived already in the past.
Brasil has a lack of houses, population and economy is growing. Mortgage market has just started (3 % of GDP). Demand is expected to be excellent for at least the next decade.
The state of Sao Paulo is the area in Brasil with the highest income and employment rate.
